Physio For Dancers
At MSK Clinic physio we have specialist Dance Physiotherapists who have experience in working with royal ballet, tap, contemporary, ballroom and hip-hop dancing.
Our therapists have experience as being the lead physiotherapists on the CATS movie production, being responsible for injury screening, injury prevention and treatment during the production.
By working on this production, we have gained an in-depth understanding of the demands placed on the dancers especially when having to retake sets, and practice routines every day with little sleep over an extended period.
We are sure we can assist you in getting back to your previous level of function – We are now offering FREE 10 MINUTE ASSESSMENTS to determine if you would benefit from our services.

Since qualifying Emma Elaine has spent several years working with patients in a variety of healthcare settings including private practice, acute healthcare settings in the NHS, BMI and Spire hospitals, with professional sport teams and working for warner bros studios on film productions. During her time working in Warner Brothers Studios she treated many of the royal ballet dancers and celebrities.
“Had a consultation with Emma for back issue that has bugged me the last 10-15 years. Emma is a true expert in her field, worth every penny. I’ve had previous physios consultation both private and NHS and whilst some did help, no one got to the root cause of the issue and took the time to truly help me understand what was going on with my back both physically and mentally. It’s been a game changer for my back health and I now approach rehabilitation completely differently and its proving to work wonders!”
