Local mole checks with remote review by a UK consultant dermatologist

Concerned about a mole or an unusual mark on your skin? The MSK Clinic Physio now offers
Map My Mole at our Canada Water clinic, SE16, making specialist advice accessible through a convenient local appointment.

We capture detailed images of the mole or skin lesion you would like checked. A Map My Mole consultant dermatologist reviews your submission remotely and provides a written report explaining their opinion and recommended next steps.

What Is Map My Mole?

Map My Mole is a private mole and skin lesion review service. It connects patients with UK consultant dermatologists through specialist photography taken at a local clinic.

At The MSK Clinic, we use a dermatoscope — an instrument that provides a detailed view of the skin — to capture images for review. The dermatologist assesses your submission remotely, so you can access their opinion without attending an initial face-to-face dermatology appointment.

This service assesses selected moles or lesions. It does not replace a full-body skin examination or guarantee that skin cancer is absent.
