Emma is a highly passionate physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience in the field. She maintains her registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Medico-Legal Association of Physiotherapists, and the prestigious Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP).
Emma is among a select group of physiotherapists who can offer diagnostic ultrasound scans of soft tissue, joints, and nerves, helping to confirm the cause of your problem and devise a clear management plan for your recovery. Emma is a fully qualified injection therapist and non-medical prescriber, which means she can prescribe your medicine without needing a GP referral. Background:
Emma began studying physiotherapy in 2012 when she completed an honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick. She further specialised in musculoskeletal injuries by completing a master’s degree in advanced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy at King’s College London in 2017. Over the years, Emma has amassed a wealth of experience working across diverse healthcare settings, including private practice, acute healthcare in the NHS, and hospitals such as BMI and Spire. Her expertise has also extended to professional sports teams. She has provided physiotherapy services to Warner Bros Studios, attending to clients, including Royal Ballet dancers and celebrities during film productions.
In May 2019, Emma presented her research on lower back pain at the World Confederation of Physiotherapy in Geneva. Her research contributions have been published in the Journal of Pain.
Emma is an expert witness for the Healthcare Professional Council and West Care experts.

About Rugved
Rugved is a dedicated Physiotherapist with comprehensive experience in general musculoskeletal practice, alongside specialist expertise in sports and performing arts injury management.
He is one of a select number of physios with membership with the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) after completing his Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London.
Outside of The MSK Clinic, Rugved works as a Performing Arts Specialist Physiotherapist at Trinity Laban, supporting dancers across various styles, musical theatre performers, and a wide range of performing artists. His background in elite sport includes serving as a Consultant Physiotherapist at Fit2Sport, supporting state-level teams at the 37th National Games in India, and working with domestic franchise cricket.
Across all his roles, Rugved has developed strong skills in assessing and treating a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including persistent spinal pain, tendinopathies, post-operative rehabilitation, and complex movement-related issues. He is certified in dry needling, kinesiotaping, neurodynamics, and the Mulligan Concept, integrating these techniques with evidence-based rehabilitation and advanced manual therapy.
With additional training in Animal Flow and biomechanics, he takes a holistic, movement-focused approach to restoring function, performance, and long-term resilience. Her drive to become a physiotherapist grew from a personal experience with injury while training for hockey nationals. This sparked her interest in human anatomy, nutrition, and psychology. During her MSc in Physiotherapy, she gained extensive experience across a range of settings, including paediatrics, neurorehabilitation, oncology and burns.

About Courtney
Courtney is an excellent Women’s Health Physiotherapist & mat pilates instructor. Originally from Malta, Courtney is a Physiotherapist with extensive experience. Courtney’s worked with many different people, including mums-to-be & new mothers, and everyone in between!
Since moving to the UK, Courtney has gained experience in our NHS, where her passion for pelvic health physiotherapy took off; she’s never looked back! Courtney now specialises in treating pain & movement dysfunctions arising through pregnancy, birth-related injuries, including C-section scar management & pelvic floor muscle dysfunction at different stages of life.
Courtney is also a certified Pilates instructor. She confidently uses Pilates in her physiotherapy treatments to maintain strength & fitness in pregnancy, to support recovery from gynaecological surgery or pelvic pain, as well as in post-natal rehabilitation.

About Michaela
Michaela has a strong academic background and has experience in both private practice and the NHS. She began her career with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, followed by a master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London. She has many years’ experiences in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation as a registered Kinesiologist, treating sports injuries, and managing complex chronic pain conditions.
As a former athlete, Michaela brings a unique understanding of injury and recovery. Her experience in figure skating and lacrosse, combined with her work supporting Canada’s men’s ice hockey teams, has increased her interest in returning athletes to peak performance. Having faced injuries herself, Michaela prioritises restoring independence and confidence in her patients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered during their recovery.
Michaela loves treating a variety of conditions. She takes a holistic approach, addressing not only physical but also emotional and social goals, helping her patients achieve a balanced and fulfilling recovery.

Background
Kenzie began her career as an Athletic Therapist in Canada, working with athletes ranging from high school to semi-professional level. This experience gave her a strong foundation in managing both acute injuries and long-term rehabilitation, with a focus on safe and effective return to sport.
In 2021, Kenzie relocated to London to complete her Master’s in Physiotherapy, expanding her clinical expertise through experience in NHS hospital settings and professional sport.
Since graduating, Kenzie has worked across both clinical practice and elite sport. She has worked in elite sport with Crystal Palace FC, Great Britain Basketball, and Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club, gaining expertise in both everyday injuries and athletic performance. Most recently, her focus has been on supporting the “Weekend Warrior”, helping people return to the activities they enjoy most, including golf, football, skiing, and running.

Ricky has been passionate about health and fitness his whole life. A black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Roger Gracie, he has been training since 2009.
Sport has always been a major part of his life. From football and javelin to years of competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, his achievements include a silver medal at the European Championships in Rome in 2022. He has also spent extended periods training in Rio de Janeiro with the Alliance Jiu-Jitsu team, learning from some of the sport’s most respected coaches.
