The team at MSK Clinic Physio has provided exceptional service. Ricky and Emma have been fantastic. I had a total knee replacement and come to the clinic for help with my recovery. My Knee was in very poor condition before my replacement as I waited 3 years for the operation due to Covid. 6 weeks after my operation I was still unable to bend my knee, and I had difficulty sitting down and getting out of a chair. I decided to seek help as I am a scaffolder and needed to return to work. I first saw Emma for a consultation, and she explained because my tendons and muscles around the knee joint had not been used properly for so long, they needed strengthening. She was extremely knowledgeable and referred me to Ricky for rehabilitation. I had 12 sessions with Ricky where we worked on bending the knee and strengthening the surrounding tendons. In week 1 I was able to bend my knee around 80 degrees at the most I could not use an exercise bike or walk upstairs without a stick. and in week 12 I was able to bend it to 110 degrees I can get in and out of a chair, walk up and down stairs unaided, and use an exercise bike. Both Ricky and Emma have been so friendly and supportive they have been a great help in my recovery. I highly recommend the clinic.

I've had a number of sessions with Emma and am extremely happy with her healing hands and skills. I couldn't not move my neck for a couple of months until I saw Emma, who not only did the manual therapy and needling, but also equipped me with the exercises to help muscles to loosen and strengthen. I can't recommend her enough!

I came to physio with serious cramping and weakness on my hamstring. Emma was able to quickly identify the problem and provide relief even after the first session. She created a custom workout program and in combination with the treatment I was feeling better after every session. Emma is a true expert on her field and very methodic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top class professionals to overcome injuries.

Joseph Prouse
Fantastic physio, many thanks to Emma and Ricky. I came in initially with terrible pain in my shins whenever I walked for ~5+ mins that I'd had for about a year. Emma was great and helped me get back on my feet and be able to walk without any pain; Ricky took over after getting rid of the pain and has been great in getting the strength back in my legs that I had lost. Highly Recommend there services, had nothing but a positive time there.

Ricky has magic in his fingers! I have long term low back injuries and inflation and have tried a number of massage therapists over the years. No one has been able to provide deep muscle and nerve pain relief as effectively. He really understands the physiology and combines it with a listening ear. Have seen him 3 times now and will definitely continue to do so!
