Emma Elaine Condon

Emma is a member of health care professionals council (HCPC) ,the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, an overseas member of the Irish society of chartered physiotherapist, a member of medico-legal association of physiotherapists a member of acupuncture association of chartered physiotherapists, a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered physiotherapists (AACP)and a member of the Musculoskeletal association of charted physiotherapists (MACP).
Emma Elaine qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Limerick in 2012 with an honours degree and has been awarded her master’s degree in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Kings College London. Since qualifying Emma Elaine has spent several years working with patients in a variety of healthcare settings including private practice, acute healthcare settings in the NHS, BMI and Spire hospitals, with professional sport teams and working for warner bros studios on film productions. During her time working in Warner Brothers Studios she treated many of the royal ballet dancers and celebrities.
She has a strong interest in medical research and recently presented her research on lower back pain at the World Confederation of Physiotherapy in Geneva in May 2019. She has research publications on the management of lower back pain in the journal of pain https://www.jpain.org.
Emma specialises in management and treatment of Musculoskeletal conditions: Sports injuries, Orthopaedic, General musculoskeletal injuries from acute to chronic, Post-surgical rehabilitation, Chronic pain management and running injuries.
She is fully qualified Acupuncturist and has been trained in eastern and western versions under the Acupuncture association of chartered physiotherapists (AACP). Furthermore, Emma has trained as an expert witness and prepares medico-legal reports as an expert witness for patients and physiotherapists and works with the health care professional council (which is the main allied health professionals governing body) as an expert witness for clinical negligence cases.
She has recently completed her mental health first aider training under thrive for life, so she can assess and advise patients presenting with acute mental health issues. She is currently undertaking further studies to progress her repertoire of clinical skills which includes ultrasound training for musculoskeletal therapists and non-medical prescribing so she will be able to administer medication in the near future. Emma has a strong work ethic and will go above and beyond to achieve maximum patient outcomes efficiently. She is fully qualified to administer shockwave therapy for cosmetic and therapeutic reasons.
She is recognised by all the major insurance companies. Emma enjoys running and is a member of London city runners and will be running the next London Marathon.
Joshua Sainsbury

Josh is a musculo-skeletal specialist Physiotherapist who trained in New Zealand at the University of Otago, graduating in 2011. He has completed post-graduate courses in Pain Management using dry needling and a Certificate of Manual Therapy/Diploma of Manual Therapy directed by the New Zealand
Manipulative Physiotherapists Association (NZMPA) in 2014. He has experience in both the UK and New Zealand private sectors of Physio and the NHS and he enjoys treating a wide range of conditions using a multi-modal, hands-on approach supplemented with education and exercise therapy.
Josh has a special interest in treating hip and shoulder problems, both acute and chronic, with an aim of achieving return to sport and high levels of function.
Merve Izol

Merve graduated from the Yeditepe University in 2016. She went straight into private practice in Turkey for three years before relocating to London. Merve has worked closely with top consultants throughout her career and has gained extensive experience in acute muscular pain, post-operative orthopaedics and lymphoedema. She is passionate about treating neck, back and shoulder pain.
Merve takes a hands-on approach to treatment and incorporates techniques such as manual therapy, lymphoedema drainage, deep tissue release and taping. She believes in open communication with her patients and tailors her treatment and exercise programs to ensure that her patients achieve their goals.
When not busy in clinic, Merve enjoys spending time painting and doing pilates.
Chris Bond

Chris is a senior specialist physiotherapist currently combining private practice and work within an internationally renowned teaching hospital in central London. Through his experience Chris has developed a host of skills for diagnosing and treating spinal, peripheral joint and muscular problems.
Having a passion for strength and conditioning, he has developed a keen interest in integrating therapy approached guided by the very best scientific research – geared towards return to optimal physical and sporting function.
In addition, Chris has completed further masters level learning to continue his development, presented at the Physiotherapy UK conference as well as guest lectured at Kings College London sharing knowledge with both masters and bachelors level students.
Central to Chris’ philosophy is completing a thorough assessment to establish an accurate diagnosis and prognosis and outline a clear treatment plan. He believes empowering patients, instilling confidence and active.
Hannah Roberts

Hannah started her career in Sports Therapy graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2016 and in 2020 completed her MSc in Physiotherapy from Kings College London. Since qualifying in 2016, she has worked with NHS patients and with sports teams in Rugby, Hurling and Gaelic Football. She has gained qualification in Sports Massage and can deliver shockwave therapy.
Her experiences have led her to develop a passion for health and wellbeing and rehabilitation. She follows the main principles of strength and conditioning in rehabilitation, looking at agility, flexibility and endurance to create tailored rehabilitation programmes to suit the client’s needs and the injury. She has a keen interest in chronic pain and prides herself on the ability to take a holistic approach when working with clients post injury.
Her background and personal experience in horse riding, cycling and running has given her experience with a multitude of injuries and a greater understanding of the importance of getting back to physical activity as efficiently as possible.
Ricky Evans

Ricky is a rehabilitation trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and a kettlebell instructor.
He has always been heavily invested in health and fitness. He is a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Roger Gracie, he competed in several sports at a high level since childhood in Football, Javelin, and is a current Brazilian jiujitsu practitioner at British, European and World level.
He has been over to train in Rio de Janeiro Brazil for months at a time with world champions Alliance Jiu-Jitsu Team.
Working in the fitness industry since 2013, he has helped people rehab from all kinds of injuries, build lean muscle tissue, get seriously strong, increase their energy levels and transform their lives.
He is continuously furthering his fitness education by attending workshops, seminars, and courses with the top strength and fitness professionals to keep himself and clients up to date with the most effective and modern techniques to achieve their goals.

Dovile has come to England from Lithuania in 2010 to study Banking and Finance which unfortunately she did not finish. She realised that was not the right angle of finance she wanted to pursue her career in. She is currently training to become a certified accountant. Dovile always had passion for fitness, attending running clubs and playing basketball in school. At the moment busy schedule only allows gym sessions and an occasional jog. Great organisational skills have given her a push start towards admin/accounting career.
