Lower back pain is very common, and 4/5 people will experience an episode at least once in their lifetime. Lower back pain is almost equivale to having a cold. We have not been very successful in managing and advising people in the past regarding to lower back pain and people sometimes can fear the worst which can in-turn affect their prognosis.

Most cases of lower back pain are due to poor sleep patterns, stress, lack of exercise despite this, episodes have been anecdotally linked to movement, bending and lifting however, this is incorrect.
