Many people can develop foot and ankle pain- some of common conditions include:
Planterfasciopathy, Ankle Sprain, Achilles Tendinopathy, anterior, posterior ankle impingement, Mortons Neuroma, Tendonopathy (Peroneal, Tib Posterior).
As with most Musculoskeletal injuries’ causes can vary and the level of pain is not always an accurate indicator/ predictor of cause, extent of injury and prognosis.
It is best to consult your physiotherapist and get a diagnosis and implement a treatment plan. Most conditions can be effectively treated with a rehab program and advice on self-management.
