Pain can stop us from exercising – it is my experience that people are scared that they are doing more damage when they experience pain when exercising. When you have pain it is difficult to know what the best strategy to help is.
Pain isn’t always the best reason to stop exercising – complete avoidance is in most cases not the best strategy. Most likely the best
thing you can do is modify your activities.
